LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

 

 

 

This ministry area is the responsibility of the elder group.  As gifted spiritual leaders (potential teachers, preachers, pastors, missionaries, etc.) become apparent within the congregation, the elders will identify these gifted people, disciple them in their areas of giftedness, and assist them in any way possible (including financial assistance from the church) to become the leaders that Christ has called them to be.
